1. How to order?
Order is simple and safe:
Step 1: Fill in the online
order form and submit it.
Step 2: You will receive an email of confirmation including the details of

delivery is only upon successful payment with credit card via PayPal.

4. Order Processing and Delivery
Expectations
We guarantee an instant order process after the confirmation of your order. Normally it takes only one
business day to make your order ready for delivery.
The delivery transit times vary by country. On average, the
following delivery expectations will apply:
Delivery in European Countries: 1-7 business days after processing
Delivery
International Delivery: 3-14 business days after processing
5. Size and
Dimension Conversion
All artwork will be created on paper with the size: 21 cm W x 29.7
cm H (8.27" W x 11.69" H), we will make the most
appropriate size for you according to the proportion. You can also
specify either the height or the width of our
artwork within the given paper size. Please pay attention to the
dimension of each artwork when you fill in our online
order form..( Sizes are approximate only )
To convert from Centimeters to Inches, simply multiply the
centimeters by 0.39
To convert from Inches to Centimeter, simply multiply the inches
by 2.54
6. Currency and Exchange Rates
Euro, US Dollar and British Pounds are our mainly accepted payment
currencies, payment with credit
card in other currency will be conversed into Euro automatically at the current
exchange rate in PayPal.
